We have trained employees on the ground who prepares the Writ of Execution, Memorandum of Cost along the with the Application for Earnings Withholding or Sheriff Instruction based off of what type of service is requested (Wage Garnishment or Bank Levy) Our employees work hand in hand with the attorneys to ensure all the figures are accurate on the Writ of Execution before the work is disseminated to court. Once the Writ of Execution along with the Memorandum of Cost is filed; the staff processes the documents and sends a scanned copy into our interface. From the preparation of the Earnings Withholding Order, Notice of Levy, cutting checks to attach to the sheriff packages and getting the packages ready for the process servers to serve. Once service has been effectuated our interface is updated with the data and a Proof of Service is forwarded to our process servers to close the file with the Sheriff’s Department.  The Endorsed copy of the Proof of Services are scanned into our interface which allows the clients to have access to the documents at any time if they shall ever need it.
